Winchester First, Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1996 as part of the Kentucky Main Street Program.
We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing a cross-section of the community, including ex-officio directors representing:
- The Mayor's Office,
- The Clark County Fiscal Court,
- The Winchester/Clark County Tourism Commission,
- The Winchester/Clark County Chamber of Commerce.
